Work at The Armory & Help Us Grow the Game!

Join The Armory Team!

Interesting in working at The Armory? Then you've come to the right place!  As we get closer to opening The Armory Hockey Development Center in the coming months, we will be looking to hire both full-time and part-time/seasonal staff. The available roles will consist of two different aspects: Programming Staff (Coaches/Instructors) and Operations Staff (Reception/ProShop/Customer Service). Brief descriptions of each are provided below.

Our goal is simple: to hire master coaches, trainers, and customer service personnel, and provide them with cutting-edge training resources, to deliver the very best and most complete hockey training experience possible.

Operations Staff

Operations staff members will excel at customer service, ensuring a safe, clean, positive, and enjoyable experience for Armory members/participants/guests and providing ongoing support to the Programming staff and management team.

As the only full-scale, purpose-built hockey training center in the area, we set the standard and strive to provide a premium guest experience to our members and patrons, through every interaction and touchpoint.

Roles include Receptionists, Pro Shop Attendants, Managerial Assistant, and Customer Service Supervisors.

Note: First Aid/CPR and/or U.S. Center for Safe Sport Certification may be required, dependent upon role and level of responsibility.

Programming Staff

Programming Staff will need a strong background in hockey and/or strength & conditioning/kinesiology, not only as a player/participant, but more importantly, as a proven coach/instructor/trainer.

The ability to tailor lessons and coaching interactions, and breakdown hockey/off-ice training techniques and concepts into understandable terms, to a wide range of player ages and ability levels, are key skills we look for in potential programming staff members.

The Programming Staff is our front line in creating transformative developmental experiences for our members and athletes. Embracing and living The Armory's mission and core values are vitally important to the role,

Roles include Hockey Coaches/Instructors (on-ice/off-ice), Certified Sports Performance Coaches/Trainers, and Camp Counselors/Support Staff

Note: First Aid/CPR and/or U.S. Center for Safe Sport Certification may be required, dependent upon role and level of responsibility.
