Spring Programs

To foster participation in other sports/activities, or simply a desire for more family balance in the off-season, our spring program is a one session per week offering.

While we love working with players as much as possible throughout the off-season, our one day per week option allows more exposure to, and sampling of, sports/activities outside of hockey. This promotes well-rounded athleticism, improved physical literacy, better mental health, and prevention of long-term overuse injury, all of which ultimately contribute to better hockey development and performance in the long run. 

Skaters will be capped at 24 participants per session, and goalies at 4 participants per session, to ensure optimized repetitions and personalized instruction.
