Fall Program - Preparation Phase
The Armory Hockey Fall Program is all about preparing for tryouts/evaluations and team placement.
12U/14U/High School sessions are 60 minutes of high-paced full-ice 4v4 format to enhance dynamic skating ability, conditioning, compete level, and confidence, all performance elements that stand out most in tryout formats.
8U/10U sessions will consist of 30 minutes of small area games and 30 minutes of full-ice scrimmage time to emphasize many of the same elements leading into the evaluations and team placements.
To encourage and elevate compete-level at each session -- a distinguishing factor in evaluation/tryout situations -- score will be kept and the team that "wins the day" will be awarded prizes.
Goalies receive dedicated instruction from Waukesha Coach & Goalie Instructor, Jim Gornick.
